Autoresponders are a great tool in keeping contact with a customer without a large amount of work. Keeping the customer up to date with for an example an order, lets them know you care about the business they are bringing to the organisation.
Using autoresponders, each stage of the service that a company is providing can be relayed to the customer. This goes along way to keeping the customer happy and up to speed with the service that is being provided.
